These are unisex sizes. Open the size chart on this page: every measurement is the garment laid flat, in inches. Lay a shirt you like flat, measure it across the chest and pick the closest width. Between sizes? Go one up.
How long does delivery take?

How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron over the print.
