On the front, a string of big colored Christmas bulbs loops into a knot in the middle, with a thin line out to a plain label for each problem: knot (again), the dead bulb, the wrong end, an orange extension cord, a roll of tape and an empty box of spare bulbs (0). "Lights Check" sits underneath in heavy black letters with "One Bulb Is Out. Guess Which." below, in flat holiday colors with thick, clean outlines, with the WoozKa Brands script underneath. Nothing on the back.
